Location of the Hotel:
Labska bouda is located over the edge of Labská rokle (Labe ravine) and Navorská jáma (Navorska shaft) in the south-eastern part of Labská louka (Labe meadow) in the altitude 1.340 meters above sea level, in the centre of the most known and most beautiful winter and summer tourist trails and in the close distance to the stream of Labe and Labe waterfall.

The stream of Labe river:
In altitude 1,386 m above sea level, in the peaty soil of Labská louka there springs the largest river of Bohemia – the Labe. The flow of the river is 1,122 km long, from which 364,4 km cover the area of the Czech Republic. Shortly after its spring from the ground Labe heads onto 40 m high waterfall to Labský důl (Labe valley) where it continues to Dívčí lávky (Girl´s footbridge) and further on to deep valley to Špindlerův Mlýn (Spindler Mill) and foothills of Krkonoše.
Labský důl (Labe valley):
A mountain valley of glacier origin which parts are Labská rokle, Navorská, Pančavská and Harrachova jáma (glacier cwm) and terraced waterfall called Pančavy, 160 m high.
Snezne jamy (Snow shafts):
The Polish national park of two glacier cwms with the depth 215 m. At the bottom of Velká Sněžná jáma there are glacial lakes 1.5 m deep. In the surrounding basalt vein there are 216 sorts of rare flora.
Pančavská louka (Pančavská meadow):
It is a northern type of peatbog where are located rests of original glacial flora (rasp-grass or Carex ceaspitosa, willow, etc.). It is also the spring ground of Pančava.
Dívčí a Mužské kameny (Girl´s and Male stones):
Granite blocks of peculiar shapes which were caused by uneven erosion.
Zlaté návrší (Krkonoš) – (Golden bank of Krkonose):
A mountain range with memorial of skiers Hanč and Vrbata, built to commemorate their tragic death in a 50 km ski race on 24th March 1913. The stony memorial was built in 1925. Along a red-marked route from the memorial place to Pančavský vodopád (Pancavsky waterfall) there is another small memorial standing exactly at the place where the frozen body of Bohumil Hanč was found.
Violík:
A spectacular stone formation 1,472 m above sea level.
U čtyř pánů (At four masters´):
In the times of intense border disputes over the ownership between Czech and Silesian noblemen the border of four woodlands was named “of four masters“. According to a legend, in 1652 fourteen Czech emigrants froze to death at this place. Now it is a crossroad of several touristic routes.
Access roads in summer time:
Individual transport to the village of Horní Mísečky. From there you must go by bus to Zlaté návrší, which is 2.5 km away from the hotel.
Access roads in winter time:
On skis to Špindlerův Mlýn and by chair lift to Medvědín and from there without any bigger vertical distance 5 km along a marked trek.
The entryway is permitted only to the village of Horní Mísečky. Transfers of people and luggage are arranged by telephone arrangement from Jilemnická bouda (Horní Mísečky).
